Every high-demand event has three markets running in parallel: the official sale, the private release channels, and the release cycle in the final two weeks. Most people only see the first one. This is a plain-language look at the other two.
Private release channels
Sponsors, teams, artists, federations and organisers all hold inventory that never touches the public sale. Some of it is used for hosting; the rest re-enters the market through trusted partners — often quietly, often at short notice. This is where most of our sold-out placements come from.
The two-week window
Between 14 and 3 days before a major event, unused hospitality gets released as blocks. Corporate hosts drop guests; sponsors return unused suites. If we have a client on file with a live brief, they're placed the same day.
What to ask for
- Be specific: event, date, party size, budget range, and non-negotiables (all seated together, suite only, indoor only, etc.).
- Give us 48–72 hours to work private channels before assuming it can't be done.
- Confirmations are written, always. Never pay against a screenshot.
- →Anyone told "the event is sold out" less than 30 days out
- →Corporate teams that need seats for a fly-in client
- →Fans who decided late and now regret it
Frequently asked
How much of a premium should I expect for last-minute access?+
It varies by event and how tight the window is. Some releases sit at face value plus a service margin; some carry a meaningful premium. We tell you the number before you commit.
How quickly can you confirm?+
For most sold-out events we come back with options within 24 hours, often faster.
