• Booking data: events, dates, travel companions, dietary and accessibility requirements.
• Payment data: processed by certified payment partners; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, when you use this website.

3. How we use it

We use your data exclusively to fulfil requests, confirm reservations, communicate updates, and improve our services. We never sell personal data. Newsletter subscribers receive only occasional communications from Front Row Worldwide and can unsubscribe at any time.

Data is shared only with venues, hotels, transport partners and payment processors strictly necessary to deliver your booking. All partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention

We retain client files for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 7 years to comply with tax and anti-money-laundering regulations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
