MFW: Dsquared Men’s Fall ‘2023

Ready for a high-fashion rodeo, models enter wearing colorful cowboy boots, structured flannels and multi-toned denim pants fronting star-shaped knees. Large tops pair nicely with small bottoms and vice versa, while chaps, done in leather and shearling alike, layer over denim in some ensembles and leave less to the imagination in others. Additionally, traditional varsity jackets receive the Western treatment with bouncy, fringe detailing, which also appears on denim jackets, striped button-down shirts and leather coats with shearling collars.

Prep makes a subtle appearance, specifically among embossed trench coats, patterned sweaters, collared shirts and cardigans; and pukish looks offer a stark contrast, with matching black leather sets and tank tops reading “Chic F*cker.” Hats are perfectly kitschy, with statements reading “24-7 Star,” “F*ckin’ Freezing,” “Recycled Teenager” and “Oops, We Did It Again,” and more often than not, belts boast campy central branding on their buckles.
